It's Pumpkin Spice Latte Season

Happy Fall Everyone,

We finally have a day of cooler weather here in Texas (but it won't last for now)!  I wanted to share a project from my Coffee Cafe Fall Class I held at my Fall Retreat (live and to go) this past weekend.  We made two of these gift card holders in the class (this one and another design).  I got the idea from Pinterest!  We used the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits to make the holder.  So cute and easy!!  We used Merry Cafe along with the Coffee Cups Framelits.

I hope you enjoy!

Would you like to make your own? Here is a handy supply list with links to my online store:

Here are the directions:

·        Stamp the small coffee cup image in Pumpkin Pie ink on the scraps of Crumb Cake cardstock; punch out with the 3/4" Circle Punch.
·        Stamp cup in Basic Black ink (you CAN press hard on these ink pads - and let the ink dry or heat set) on your Watercolor Paper, and die cut them out with the Coffee Cups Framelits.
·        Stamp the greeting on the pre-die cut Crumb Cake cup sleeves in Pumpkin Pie ink.
·        Ready to assemble!
·        The insert is 3 3/8 x 5 Very Vanilla cardstock.  You can attach a gift card with Mini Glue Dots.  The designer paper is 1 x 3 3/8 attach to bottom.  The tab is punched from the Circle Tab Punch in Pumpkin Pie.  Staple to the inserts.
·        Attach the small stamped coffee cups flat.
·        Assemble the Mini Treat Bags.  Fold on all score marks first.  I recommend Fast Fuse, but because of the belly band Snail Adhesive will work, too. When you assemble, three of the points at the top will align with each other - not 2, not 4, but exactly 3.  This will help you assemble correctly.  Adhere the bottom flap last.
·        Wrap the 3 3/4 x 8 1/4 designer paper around and attach in the back.  Wrap the Basic Black 3/4 x 8 1/4 strip around and attach in the back.  On the other tie the pumpkin ribbon around in a knot (I recommend using reverse tweezers).
·        Add the pre-die cut 2 3/8 x 3 1/4 Stitched Shapes Pumpkin Pie Oval flat.
·        Assemble the two coffee cups (Basic Black lid pre-die cut).  Attach to pouches with Stampin' imensionals.
·        Add the Heart Corrugated Element with a Stampin' Dimensional.
