Holiday Extravaganza Card

Here is one of the cards we made at the Holiday Extravaganza.  I copied most of the cards (CASED) from Pinterest or Stampin' Connection - thanks to everyone who shares their creations!!  I hope I sometimes create things people want to copy!!

This card uses Seasonally Scattered (p.43, 135020, $24.95 Wood or 135023, $17.95 Clear) and Endless Wishes (p.32, 136829, $15.95).  You can order these products and more online ANYTIME!  Just click Shop once you get there.  Online orders ship directly to you and arrive in 5-7 business days.

 Directions from class:

Merry Christmas in Lagoon Card

  1. Remember not to put card front on base until the end when possible.

  1. Remember – INK THE STAMPS GENTLY – our ink pads are very soft.  You can ink them well, but don’t “sink” them into the pad.  Just tap several times all over (move the stamp around).

  1. Fold base in ½; stamp and sign back with hand made by in LOST LAGOON – make sure you stamp the correct direction.

  1. Your lost lagoon cs has been embossed with the Lucky Stars folder (p.30, 135817, $7.95).

  1. Stamp “merry” from Seasonally Scattered (p.43, 135020, $24.95 Wood or 135023, $17.95 Clear) in white; LET DRY and/or use heat tool to set; die cut out with Ovals Framelits (p.231, 129381, $26.95).

  1. Stamp “Christmas” from Endless Wishes (p.32, 136829, $15.95) to the right of the white cs.  Trim off excess and cut V.

  1. Assemble!  First attach Under the Tree Specialty Paper (p.5, 135825, $12.95) to lagoon cs; THEN attach Lost Lagoon Silky Taffeta Ribbon (p.22, 135841, $5.95 for 10 yds) around; thread Linen Thread (p.206, 104199, $4.50 for 15 yds) through the All is Calm Snowflake Embsllishment (p.22, 137383, $6.95 for 20) and tie around lagoon ribbon in a knot.

  1. “merry” and “Christmas” are attached with dimensionals.  Add rhinestones (p.209, 119246, $4.95 for over 150) with paper piercing tool (p.218, 126189, $3.95).  On my sample the rhinestone is colored with a Blendability Marker.  Attach to card base.  Done!
