Have you checked out the Carried Away Designer Paper!? It's SO CUTE! And, it coordinates with lots of other Stampin' Up! products! The paper has lots of hot air balloons but other images, too.

then die-cut (but you can hand cut out); Clear Embossing Powder and Heat
Tool; Clear Wink of Stella; Stampin' Dimensionals. I also used one
image from Timeless Textures as a background, but you can substitute any
background/splatter image.
