Stampin' Up!'s Holiday Catalog 2016 is HERE!!

This fall card uses Stampin' Up's Cookie Cutter Halloween stamp set and the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch. The background is the Hardwood stamp, and the designer paper is Halloween Night Specialty Designer Paper. The "hay" is a piece of Delightful Dijon cardstock embossed with the Seaside Folder and the edges cut with the Fringe Scissors.
