Shimmer Paint Class

Here are two of the projects from the Technique Class.

Tile:
Stamps: Autumn Splendor p.12 (mini), $20.95; Grateful Greetings p.8 (mini), $36.95
Ink: Staz On Black p.190, $7.95
Other supplies used: Re-Inkers: More Mustard, Ruby Red, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Close to Cocoa p. 155-157, $2.95 each; Frost White Shimmer Paint p.27 (mini), $5.95; paint brushes; water; paper towels; acrylic sealer
1. Painting on Tiles: Stamp first in Staz On ink.
2. Mix shimmer paint with re-inkers. Paint stamped images with this mix.
3. Let dry 24 hours; seal with any clear acrylic sealer.

Stamps: All Holidays p.43, $34.95
Cardstock: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Other supplies used: Big Shot p.194, $99.95; Tulipe Die p.198, $21.95; Stamping Sponges (3) p.192, $3.50; Ticket Corner Punch p.186, $6.95; Dotto p.192, $12.95; Soft Suede Re-Inker p.155, $2.95; spritzer; 91% alcohol; transparency; dropper; paper towels; Chocolate Chip Marker p.156-157, $3.25 each (except for In Color Markers, sold in set on p.155); Medium Square Envelopes (20) p.168, $6.50
1. To mix spray: 1 oz 70% alcohol; 15 drops of shimmer paint (use a medicine dropper); optional: 15 drops of re-inker. Shake well!
2. Place white cs on paper towel.
3. Use Dotto to stick stencil to cardstock/paper towel.
4. Shake bottle well; spray on paper towel first to test, then spray on stencil/cardstock.
5. Let dry – it should dry very quickly because it’s 91% alcohol.
6. Remove stencil; stamp greeting in center in chocolate; punch 4 corners; sponge chocolate on edges of image AND around front of white card base.
